How do we love someone at work who seems hell-bent on sabotaging a successful career? And how do religious people resolve differences when interpretation seems to lead to righteous indignation rather than reconciliation? Michael Battle, who worked with Desmond Tutu, examines ways in which each of us can practise being reconciling people.
Michael Battle was chaplain to the Episcopal House of Bishops and the 2008 Lambeth Conference. He was the first US citizen to receive the Six Preacher Award and founded the PeaceBattle Institute, which focuses on peacemaking, transformation and spirituality. His latest book is Black Battle, White Knight: The authorized biography of Malcolm Boyd.
