Disability and Justice: Prophets on the Edge

Disabled people have long been seen as objects of the church’s ministry, outreach and care. Yet many of us are speaking back with a prophetic call for disability justice, in a world and church that can marginalise and silence the voices of disabled, neurodivergent, Deaf and chronically ill people. Naomi and Emily will share stories from the book ‘At the Gates: Disability, Justice and the Churches’ – disabled Christians telling new stories about incarnation, healing, leadership and justice, from the edge of the institutional churches.
