Half Moon Theatre presents …
An enchanting show for ages 3 to 7, fusing Kathak and contemporary dance with live jazz music, against a backdrop of beautiful animation.
In this magical, musical and colourful play without words, a young boy embarks on a journey of discovery, experiencing the seasons and awaiting the arrival of spring.
As he plays in a woodland dell under the heady sun of summer, amongst the falling leaves of autumn and between the crisp snowflakes of winter, he encounters a rabbit, a butterfly and a wise old owl, all of whom help shape his understanding and appreciation of himself and the natural world around him.
When Spring Comes is a play about new beginnings, the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity, and learning to grow alongside nature’s ever changing landscape.
Following the show, children in the audience will be invited onto the stage to meet the performers and dance to the music.
