In 2024, The Longest Johns became the UK’s most-streamed folk band. Their dedicated fanbase not only enjoyed their music but also eagerly attended live performances. Responding to high demand, the band played over 150 shows across the U.S., Canada, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, The UK, Ireland, and even the Faroe Islands.
They capped the year by joining folk legends Bellowhead as special guests for an additional 20 shows, where they earned standing ovations every night.
In 2025, to support their ambitious tour schedule – which will include their debut performances in Australia – the band has an extensive release plan.
This includes three stand alone singles exploring new musical territories and 24 additional tracks spread across eight EPs, continuing to sail in the musical ocean they have been steadily conquering for the last 12 years.
