With a particular focus on her thinking on joy, Sharon Jebb Smith will be discussing the medieval Christian visionary, Julian of Norwich.
Sharon Jebb Smith is a freelance lecturer and writer who loves to pass on the riches of the Christian spiritual tradition. With degrees in English and theology she is well equipped to explore literature from a wide range of the English spiritual tradition, from Augustine to Annie Lamott and Julian of Norwich to C.S. Lewis. “So many of these writers bring to us almost unimaginable depth and riches … my own life has been enriched beyond by spending time with them.” Originally from Belfast, she lives in Aberdeen, Scotland.
