Sarah Hutt has weathered the storms of Coalition politics for three years in a variety of roles, most recently as a policy advisor for Tim Farron MP, Liberal Democrat President, supporting him to articulate a distinctively Lib Dem voice on housing from within the Coalition.
Before that she worked as a Parliamentary Researcher for Steve Webb, Pensions Minister, and began her political life as a research assistant.
She studied Zoology at Cambridge University, which clearly prepared her well for the Westminster Bubble. She grew up going to Greenbelt and has a worrying fondness for portable loos as a result.
