The Metropolitan Community Church of North London is a vibrant multicultural community committed to inclusion and social justice. Although based in Camden the congregation comes from all over London and further afield to participate in worship, midweek groups, social events and campaigning for equality and freedom from persecution and discrimination.
Approximately 40 per cent of the congregation are asylum seekers, predominantly from Uganda, and this is reflected in our songs and worship style.
We believe that God loves us all just as we are and therefore all people are welcomed and affirmed regardless and encouraged to worship God with their whole being through song, dance, sign, instruments, prayer and word.
