Jo’s passion for climate justice stems from her time volunteering with the Church in Peru and a year working with asylum seekers and refugees.
Over the last three years Jo has worked as Director of Hope for the Future specialising in training citizens to work with policy makers on climate change. Together with campaigners and MPs from across the UK, Jo has been working to implement ground-breaking research into communicating the urgency of climate change with UK politicians. She lives in Sheffield close to the National Peak District which provides plenty of inspiration for her work.
