Crudi Dench

Crudi Dench

Crudi Dench is a drag queen comedian known for her quick wit, wacky humour and bearded face. She started out producing and hosting the trailblazing cabaret/clubbing spectacular ‘Lip Sync Lollapalooza’ in her native York. Since then she has performed internationally (on top of the Matterhorn no less), starred in shows alongside Drag Race alumni such as Sasha Velour and was crowned Dabbers Bingo Comedy Caller of the Year 2022.

She is perhaps best known for performing and co-writing the award-winning, sell-out Edinburgh Fringe hits ‘Drag Queens vs Zombies’ and ‘Drag Queens vs Vampires’ with Drag Race UK’s Kate Butch. ‘Zombies’ won the Buxton Fringe Award for Best Comedy Show in 2022 and ‘Vampires’ was in the top 20 best reviewed shows of the Edinburgh Fringe in 2023.

Crudi is now a regular on the cabaret circuit in the South East and London, breaking into the world of stand-up, having been selected for the inaugural Leicester Comedy Festival Bridging the Gap initiative.
