Sioux and Gypsy blood runs through Clara Sanabras’ veins. Born in France, raised in Barcelona, now a Londoner, her music is as eclectic as her background.
Her enigmatic voice and multi-instrumentalism feature in top movie soundtracks like “The Hobbit”, “Snow White and the Huntsman” and “The Hunger Games”. She has collaborated with Jarvis Cocker, Nigel Kennedy, Nizlopi, James Horner (Titanic), Natacha Atlas amongst many and toured her albums internationally, from Glastonbury to Sydney Opera House.
Her new album “Scattered Flight – Songs of Spanish Exile”, produced by Harvey Brough (Harvey & the Wallbangers) and recorded by Peter Schwier (Dexys) and will be released later this year.
