Clare and Micah Hayns

Current Oxford vicar and former student chaplain, Clare Hayns’ past life included several years as an entertainments’ agent supporting jugglers, magicians and fire performers. She is the author of ‘Unveiled’, a book about women of the Old Testament which is beautifully illustrated by her son, Micah.

Together, they have toured events and churches across the UK, culminating in the Four Corners Festival in Belfast, where they were the headline speakers opening the festival. They are currently working on their next collaboration, a book of meditations on the psalms.

Micah Hayns is an artist based in Oxford, UK. His main medium is oil painting and charcoal drawing. Through his art, Micah hopes to share where he finds beauty, life and truth. Trained in Florence, he combines classical techniques with a contemporary style, inspired by the impressionists, street art and the Old Masters.
