In 2002 she published ‘Below The Bread Line’ – her account of her time, commissioned by The Guardian, working as a night cleaner in The Savoy hotel. Her latest book ‘Seven Kings’ is a vivid insight into the daily life of seven average teenagers over the course of a school year.
