Dilly Baker works for Scargill, an ecumenical centre celebrating identity and diversity among school-age children. She has been a church minister and is a member of the Christian Muslim Forum, specialising in community and public affairs.
Wahida Shaffi is a freelance consultant and researcher. She is a qualified social worker and coordinates the Women Working Towards Excellence project in Bradford. With an MA in International Politics she lectures internationally on a range of issues.
