Jendella Benson is a British-Nigerian writer, photographer and filmmaker, based in London.
Her work has appeared in the Guardian, BuzzFeed, MTV News UK, Metro, the Huffington Post, and MumsNet amongst many others. She is a TEDx speaker and has also appeared on BBC World Service, London Live and OH TV.
She is currently finishing the book for her long-term project Young Motherhood and also writes a column for Media Diversified on parenting, relationships, and family life called You’re Doing It Wrong.
Jendella comes to Greenbelt to be part of our Red Tent programming, helping us think through some of the issues and complexities of modern day motherhood, race and 21st century spirituality.
