Jenny has taught yoga for over 10 years since qualifying as a teacher with the Inner Healing School of Yoga.
Jenny taught yoga at Greenbelt in previous years and was overwhelmed with the response. It was wonderful to see so many people enjoying some moments of peace together on a beautiful summer morning.
She offers a gentle Hatha style of yoga which emphasises listening to your body and working at your own pace. Breathing and posture work build strength, stamina and flexibility while relaxation facilitates healing.
