Pippa King has an research MA from the School of Art, Architecture and Design at London Metropolitan University (formerly the Cass).
Her current work explores non-patriarchal and non-hierarchical ways of representing the divine, drawing on ideas of the Abject and queer theology. This has led to work focused on pattern, ritual and the body, including labyrinths in different media. Pippa’s multi-disciplinary practice uses drawing, print, 3D and photography with strong emphasis on found materials and images. She leads workshops locally in East London, and at previous Greenbelts she has presented Rubbish Photos and My Life in Sharpie.
