Tim Jones is policy officer at Jubilee Debt Campaign, part of a global movement demanding freedom from the slavery of unjust debts.
Tim is an economist and activist. His first ever protest was the Jubilee 2000 ‘human chain’ calling for debt cancellation for the global South, during the G8 summit in Birmingham in 1998. In 2007, he went on Christian Aid’s 1000-mile ‘Cut the Carbon March’ calling for action on climate change, the longest protest march in British history.
