Ruach-Blessing is an open-air lunchtime meditation which takes place in the “Bombed Out Church” of St Luke’s in Liverpool city centre, now a walled garden.
Designed to attract people who seek to grow spiritually but would never go near a church, over the last four years it has developed and grown, attracting a regular group of meditators together with shoppers, office workers, students and passing tourists.
The practice is suitable for all ages and mobility levels.
