Jenny and Atim have taught yoga for many years in the Kettering area.
We taught yoga together at Greenbelt last year and were overwhelmed with the response. It was wonderful to see so many people enjoying moments of peace together on a beautiful summer morning.
We offer a gentle Hatha style of yoga which emphasises listening to your body and working at your own pace. Breathing and posture work build strength, stamina, and flexibility while relaxation facilitates healing.
We invite you to spring into your mornings with a joyful celebration of being alive, starting with a gentle wake-up routine to help you to reconnect to your mind and body and then moving into an energetic flow to recharge your energy levels. Let’s finish with a mindful meditation to draw your focus to the wonder of the moment and help you fully appreciate your beautiful Greenbelt days.
